Hi Gurus, I have bought a 1BR at Suites@Topaz. Looks like it would TOP in 2012, please advise should I sell near TOP or keep for rental, given the good location near PP MRT?

Hi,

With he given good location, you may consider to rent it out first.
If you wanna cash out your profit, you can sell it off with tenancy later.

Hi,

I would advise that you contact me, provide me with some details. Let me work out the calculations and if we found out that you can use the returns from the sale to invest in other places that can make even more money, then we can restructure your portfolio, if not, i will advise that you do not sell.
